Shipping Locations

At this time, Cannonball ships to addresses within the United States only, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where available.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method
  • Carrier rates

All shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Typical delivery windows are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Cannonball is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cannonballgame.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Cannonball is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Cannonball is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
